- The next step would be to fill out the Initial Assessment & Triage Questionnaire, to access your goals, and specific information to your current fitness level. This information will be used to curate your custom nutrition program.
- You will receive your nutrition plan in your email, and next, you will have your first consultation with our certified nutrition specialist so he can explain your plan in detail.
- Every two weeks you will have follow-up 30 minutes Zoom consultations, during the whole period you also have unlimited short brief check-ins.
