This program is committed to wellness, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle. This and last past year have not been particularly kind to our central nervous systems, so it makes sense that many of us are struggling to find the motivation to work out, even though we know it would be beneficial. If you have been struggling with motivation to work out, this program may help you find and define your fitness goals and get into a routine.

F.I.T.T. stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type. These four key aspects of our workout program will help you achieve your athletic goal, whether it’s to increase your endurance, strength, or speed. Our fitness instructor knows how to change up your routines to make sure you stay challenged and work for different muscle groups so you look forward to the next sweat-soaked workout and see results fast! In this program, we have incorporated different programs of Tae Bo, Insanity, Pilates, Aerobic, and Fitness.

We are offering live online classes (45min) on Mon-Sat  (6:00-9:00 am) via Zoom. Drop-in and private classes are also available. Don’t wait, choose your time and schedule your first class!
